About the role
Working within the contracts function on payment applications, cost control and variation review across our infrastructure portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly payment applications and follow them to approval
- Take off quantities and review item rates
- Assess variations and their budget impact
- Produce periodic cost reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
- At least 3 years in quantity surveying
- Strong spreadsheet and contract-management software skills
- High standard of documentation
